Intake Sessions

The intake session is an opportunity for us to begin building a foundation for our work together. During this session, we will explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and gain a deeper understanding of your experiences and personal history
Together, we will identify patterns, challenges, strengths and areas of growth while creating a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. My goal is not simply to listen to your story, but to help you develop a clear direction for your healing journey.
I believe therapy should be intentional and collaborative. From the beginning, we will work towards meaningful goals that support your healing, growtn and lasting change. My best hopes for you is healing and graduation from therapy, not dependence.
Individual Therapy Sessions
50 min: $150
Therapy is a collaborative process tailored to your unique needs, experiences and goals.
Whiel I bring clinical training and experience, you are the expert on your own life. Your voice, values, experiences, and goals help guide the work we do together.
My goal is to create a space wher eyou feel supported, challenged when needed and empowered to move toward the life you want for yourself.
Good Faith Estimate
The No Surprises Act was signed into federal law in December 2020 in order to give patients all the financial information up front before working with a doctor or organization that would not be on their insurance plan. Zamanda agrees that all financial investments by clients should be agreed upon by both counselor and client prior to beginning sessions. Please review intake paperwork closely regarding fees.
Each client is different and each client can expect a different length of treatment. However, if a client sees Zamanda for an intake and then 51 follow up appointments ( once a week for one year) a good faith estimate is 7,050. This Good faith Estimate does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur.
Zamanda is an out of network provider and can provide you with an itemized receipt for services. Reimbursement is up to your individual insurance provider; a receipt from Zamanda is not a guarantee of reimbursement.

If we decide we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your intake session. During this session, we’ll explore your concerns, discuss your goals, and begin creating a plan tailored to your needs.
Step 3: Begin your healing journey
From there, we’ll work together at a pace that feels supportive and intentional. My goal is to help you build insight, develop tools, and create meaningful change that supports the life you want to live.
